Session III - Pair vs Pair and Furballing

Players in group: 4 (one is declared CO that will run the session)

Setting 1 - warmup:

Each group will use it's own txt (cross-country channels 241-249) to comunicate between the pairs and each pair will have a private VOX/text channel (141-149 country-only channels).
This time both pairs are equal.One pair will move to the other country.
Each pair may choose it's own ride.
We use the small islands where each quadruplet gets one island.
On CO's que, both pairs takeoff .
Max alt till merge is 2k above field alt for both pair.

Pair vs pair breifing:

This is a "warmup" for the furball. make 2 fights and be ready for the 2nd event.
No "bandits" in this session, both pairs are equal.
Pair is not allowed to climb above it's initial max alt till the merge.
First goal of the pair is to defend each other! if one of you is down the other's chances of  survival are not too good. 

There are many possibilities for a 2vs2 merge - we'll leave that to advanced training. What you should plan is a general strategy according to what the other pair is flying: cut right in for an angle fight? / blow through and zoom up? / merge from the front or from the side? ... and so on.

The important thing is the teamwork and mutual defense.

Remember the general guidlines !

We fight it out till one of the "end conditions" apply. This is 2vs2 - last man standint wins!

Repeat:

Make 2 fights and move to the furball - keep your wingman with you, do not change pairs.

Setting 2 - furball:

We regroup and devide into 2 groups (not teams!). This will be many vs many fight.
On CO's que both groups take off and climb up to 2k above field alt.
WE FLY IN PAIRS! each pair may choose it's own ride regardless of what the other pairs choose.
Merge and fight.
Each pair will have it's own private channel (141-149 coutry only). you can talk to friendlies on the range channel (and can set a common txt channel as well).
In order to make you care for your wingman - if your wingman is killed you must bail instantly!!!

Winner is the pair that got the highest numbers of kills among them (so you can't just fly like sisies).

Furball briefing:

You fight with your wingman and compete against all the other pairs, the other group members are just friendlies flying around don't count on their help...
Defend your wingman at all cost! if he is killed you must bail instantly!
SA and E managment is the key.
Remember the general guidlines ! here they are twice important.

End conditions:
Fight ends if one of the following happens:
1. all of the players from one country are down.
